Cloudflare launched Automatic Key Exchange, which probes origins to pick the best TLS key agreement algorithm on the first try. HelloRetryRequests fell from 52% to 3.7%, cutting over 150 ms off p90 handshake latency. Hundreds of thousands of domains now get post-quantum connections automatically.
