CATL unveils Tener Sodium battery storage system

CATL unveiled the Tener Sodium, the world's first field-validated sodium battery storage system, with a rated capacity over 30 MWh. First deliveries in China begin in September. The system achieves 15,000 cycles at 25°C, a 25- to 30-year service life, and retains over 92% capacity at minus 20°C.
