Bitpanda fined in Austria's first published MiCA penalty

Austria's FMA fined Bitpanda 70,000 euros ($82,000) for breaching MiCA rules. Bitpanda failed to submit a crypto-asset white paper 20 working days before publication and distributed marketing communications lacking mandatory disclosures, a phone number, and an email. The penalty decision is final.
