DigitalOcean's Managed Agents Runtime Services (M.A.R.S.) enters invite-only Private Preview. It combines Harness Runtime for managed agent execution and Action Gateway for governed tool access. Sessions start under a second, resume in 200 milliseconds, and run in isolated Firecracker microVMs. It supports Claude Code, Codex CLI, OpenCode, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
