Dublin edtech firm LearnUpon raised $50m in a growth financing facility with Claret Capital Partners. The non-dilutive capital funds agentic AI acquisitions and international expansion. Founded in 2012, the company serves over 100 customers in the Asia-Pacific region and recently acquired Berlin-based Courseau.
