Meta announced Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 smart glasses at Meta Connect 2026, priced from $449, $70 more than Gen 2. They add a sixth microphone, nine hours of battery life versus eight, and new Aviator and Zena frames. Most new software features, including Muse AI and hearing enhancement, also reach older Gen 2 models, weakening the upgrade case.
