AWS CEO Forecasts Trillion Dollar Revenue

AWS CEO Andy Jassy states the cloud business will reach $1 trillion revenue by 2026 to 2030. He projects 2026 capital expenditures of approximately $220 billion, mostly for AWS, with higher spending in 2027. AWS revenue increased 39 percent from the year-ago quarter, and Jassy forecasts 40 percent growth in 2028.
