Ogrinz Labs reverse-engineered the AMT630A on-screen-display chip found in cheap automotive monitors, publishing a GitHub repository and Arduino library that lets an ESP32 control custom graphics over I2C. The work grew out of a Robbie the Robot suit project, where the builder needed a display for navigational sensor data while maneuvering inside the costume.
