Airbnb Launches AI Agent Harness for Data Science

Airbnb has developed and deployed an internal agent harness called Insight Miner to scale unstructured data exploration. The tool encodes scientific methodology into infrastructure, enabling reproducible and audit-ready AI investigations. It was initially built to prepare for the launch of an AI customer service assistant and has since been adopted by dozens of teams for hundreds of investigation types.
