Nscale sells Figure $3.5bn compute, buys stake

Nscale agreed to sell Figure at least $3.5bn of Nvidia Vera Rubin GPUs and bought an undisclosed strategic stake, becoming Figure's preferred compute provider. The deal covers up to 100,000 GPUs, with first systems arriving in the second half of 2027 at Nscale's Barstow, Texas site.
