Twitch and Amazon sued over AI training

Warren Pandiscia filed a class action lawsuit against Twitch and Amazon, claiming they used his streams without consent to train AI models. Twitch's chief product officer said opt-in AI training would mean nobody opts in. The suit alleges breach of contract and unfair practices.
