Nasdaq-listed Freshworks acquired Israel-based AI startup Robusta Dev for an undisclosed amount to strengthen its IT service management platform. The deal expands Freshworks' AI offerings as the company cuts 11% of its workforce, or approximately 500 employees, while reporting a $4.8 Mn net loss for Q1 2026.
