Strategy stock nears 11th losing month in 12

Strategy (MSTR) is on track for its eleventh losing month in twelve, falling roughly 41% in June. Since the debut of its perpetual preferred security STRC in July 2025, MSTR has underperformed bitcoin, declining roughly 77% while bitcoin fell almost 50%. Shares traded as low as $80 before rallying 12% on a new capital management framework.
