A teenager known as Faav found an unauthenticated endpoint in Microsoft's internal Titan analytics platform that accepted raw SQL queries. He accessed 25,000 employee records and 17 trillion total rows, including Bing analytics data. Microsoft awarded him $5,000 through its bug bounty program after he reported the flaw.
