Tokenization shifts from hype to utility

Tokenized real-world assets have surpassed $30 billion, roughly six times their value at the start of 2025. A survey found 64% of asset managers now want to tokenize, up from 40% a year earlier. Broadridge moves $370 billion of tokenized repo daily on the Canton network. Infrastructure gaps like interoperability remain unsolved.
