Colombian unicorn Habi, operating as Tuhabi in Mexico, acquired Mexican proptech Pulppo. The combined transaction volume reached $1 billion in 2025. Pulppo brings 100 real estate agencies and 800 brokers. Pulppo will continue as an independent brand and open platform.
