APi Group Closes Onyx-Fire Acquisition, Raises 2026 Guidance

APi Group closed its acquisition of Onyx-Fire Protection Services, a Canadian fire and life safety provider, on June 8, 2026. Onyx-Fire is expected to contribute roughly $190 million in annual revenue. APi raised its 2026 net revenue outlook to a range of $8,575 million to $8,775 million.
