Huawei Launches CANNLab Developer Base

On October 16, Huawei announced CANNLab, CANNBot and CANNJudge at GOSIM Shenzhen 2026 to expand its open Ascend developer base. Lixin Shao, general manager of Huawei's CANN business, described these tools as community services built on the heterogeneous compute layer between AI frameworks and Ascend processors for students and engineers.
