Deutsche Telekom's incoming CFO Dhananjay Mirchandani states the carrier will not increase mobile uplink capacity spending for AI in the medium term. The operator expects capital spending to account for 21% of service revenue in 2027, excluding the US and spectrum. Mirchandani replaces retiring CFO Christian Illek starting May 1 next year.
