Oracle Releases Record 1,449 Security Patches

Oracle released 1,449 security patches in its quarterly update, a record number partly driven by its internal AI-assisted vulnerability detection. Only ten patches carry a maximum CVSS score of 10.0, all affecting Oracle Fusion Middleware. Starting May 2026, Oracle will supplement quarterly updates with monthly Critical Security Patch Updates for critical bugs.
