A 1918 Detroit Electric Model 75B Brougham coupe, listed at Mecum's 2026 Monterey Car Week auction, received modern batteries during a concours-standard restoration. The original range was about 80 miles with a 20 mph top speed. Jay Leno's 1914 Detroit Electric uses Nissan Leaf modules.
