Fedora 45 Enables Shadow Stack by Default

Fedora Linux 45 will enable Shadow Stack protection by default for x86_64 binaries built with GCC, Clang, and Rust, blocking ROP and JOP attacks with minor performance overhead. The release also adds oo7 as default Secrets Service and fully reproducible builds.
