Postquant Labs Launches Quantum Virtual Machine

Postquant Labs launches the Quip Virtual Machine, a software layer allowing developers to run code across different quantum computers and conventional machines. The platform is available on the Aglais testnet with free credits for new users. Researchers at Monash University, the University of Notre Dame, and Purdue University are testing the QVM.
