Mercedes CLA Tops Tesla In EV Battery Health Study

Aviloo's study of over 500,000 used EV battery tests found the Mercedes-Benz CLA retained 94 percent battery health after 93,205 miles, beating the Tesla Model Y at 90.3 percent and Model 3 at 88.9 percent. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 led shorter-term tests at 97.1 percent.
