WAKEI Inc., a Tokyo-based cross-border digital marketing company, raised JPY130 million in seed funding. Investors include Ho-Chwan Investment Co., Ltd. and MicroAd, Inc. The funds will launch the Independent Trading Desk business in Japan and Taiwan.
