The National Association of Insurance Commissioners confirmed ShinyHunters exploited a zero-day in an Oracle PeopleSoft server, stealing publicly available data, outdated logs, and configuration files. No PII or financial data was exposed. Credit rating agencies temporarily suspended data feeds, and NAIC paused investment designation work.
