Critical NetScaler Flaw Bypasses Authentication

Citrix patched two NetScaler ADC and Gateway flaws, including CVE-2026-19490 (CVSS 9.3), an authentication bypass affecting Gateway or AAA servers with SAML actions. CVE-2026-19489 (CVSS 8.8) causes denial-of-service when SIP ALG is enabled. Samarth Vashisht of JPMorgan Chase reported both.
