Nvidia's Kyber NVL144 rack for Rubin Ultra GPUs is delayed to 2028 due to PCB midplane manufacturing challenges. The stopgap NVL72x2 rack was also killed after customer pushback, leaving no proven alternative for Rubin Ultra's scale-up in 2027.
