Outerframe Studio founder and ScreenWeaver creator published a five-point checklist for AI dialogue lip-sync. The ITU broadcast standard BT.1359 sets detectable sync error at audio leading video by over 45ms or lagging by over 125ms. Film post houses often cite 22ms as the acceptable ceiling. A single frame at 24fps is about 42ms.
