Assent acquires German firm IPoint

Ottawa-based Assent made its first acquisition, buying German sustainability software provider IPoint. The deal combines Assent's supply chain transparency with IPoint's material intelligence to expand compliance offerings. Both platforms will merge, supporting customers from both companies.
