Over 110 Groups Urge Congress on Pipeline Bill

More than 110 national, state, and local organizations sent a letter to Congressional leaders. They urged rejection of protest criminalization language in legislation reauthorizing the Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration's pipeline safety programs. The letter was sent as leaders prepare to negotiate a final version of the bill.
