ESMA published the first post-deadline update to its Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation register on July 3, adding thirty-seven licensed crypto-asset service providers. Standard Chartered secured authorization from Luxembourg regulators and received an Electronic Money Institution license alongside FalconX, Sygnum Europe, Ronin EM, and Crédit Agricole's CACEIS. The interim list now totals two hundred eighty CASPs with Cyprus leading new authorizations at six entries while France followed with five.
