AMD low power cores unlocked on Linux

A Linux kernel patch by AMD engineer Vishal Badole adds support for new 'Low Power' CPU cores for background and idle tasks. Linux currently reports them as 'unknown' until chips ship. The cores likely target Zen 6 mobile APUs and handheld CPUs. No official AMD announcement has been made.
