Noetix Robotics builds humanoid robot cheaper than iPhone

Chinese startup Noetix Robotics priced its Bumi humanoid robot at RMB 9,998 (US$1,380), undercutting Apple's iPhone 17 Pro Max. The 94 cm robot sold over 100 units in the first hour and 500 in two days on JD.com. A Pre-B round raised nearly RMB 300 million (US$41 million) led by Vertex Ventures.
