Tesla sues Manitoba over EV rebate exclusion

Tesla is suing Manitoba for excluding the automaker from its electric vehicle rebate program. The province is asking Manitoba's Court of King's Bench to dismiss the challenge. Tesla says the ban has cost its Canadian customers at least $560,000 in lost rebates.
