OpenAI sued over ChatGPT health advice

A pastor sued OpenAI after ChatGPT allegedly gave dangerous medical recommendations for a pulmonary embolism, delaying care. The chatbot told Scott Winters his symptoms were not dangerous and to ignore friends urging hospital visits. The suit accuses OpenAI of negligence and unauthorized medical practice.
