The Romanian Football Federation (FRF) has introduced a new black card to combat abusive behavior from parents and spectators at youth matches. Referees can use the card to permanently cancel a match after a three-step process involving temporary suspensions and warnings. The FRF is the first football federation to implement such a measure, distributing kits with rules of conduct to all 130 Romanian academies.
