Energy Secretary Chris Wright claimed over 17 million barrels flowed through the Strait of Hormuz on Monday, but TankerTrackers.com co-founder Samir Madani says the actual figure was 9.14 million barrels, calling the discrepancy "mathemagics." Oil has stayed above $95 per barrel.
