SPIRIT-E Project Ends Electric Truck Testing

The SPIRIT-E research project concludes with a consortium led by the Technical University of Munich demonstrating electric truck integration into the energy system. Tests at a Regensburg freight company used a 480 kilowatt-hour battery truck to supply 350 kilowatts back to the grid.
