SpaceX IPO fees hit record low for bankers

SpaceX will pay underwriters a gross spread of 0.75% or less for its IPO, matching the lowest percentage on record for a conventional U.S. IPO. The dollar fees will still be the largest ever because of the massive size of the offering. Goldman Sachs has another way to win big.
