RIPE NCC Proposes Governance Overhaul

RIPE NCC, Europe's internet registry for 75 nations and over 20,000 members, proposed a governance correction to align its formal structure with actual operations. The Executive Board currently oversees management, but the CEO runs the organization. The change would give the CEO a vote in Board decisions. Members vote on the proposal at the General Meeting from 28-30 October.
