EA Closes BioWare Edmonton Studio

EA announced on Wednesday the closure of BioWare's Edmonton studio, eliminating around 400 positions including a skeleton crew of 50. This move cancels the next Mass Effect entry following the company's $55 billion buyout by the Saudi-led Public Investment Fund, Silver Lake, and Affinity Partners.
