uv Adopts Faster tar-codec Parser

Starting with version 0.131, the Python packaging tool uv adopts tar-codec to parse source distributions. This new parser is roughly twice as fast as the previous astral-tokio-tar implementation while significantly reducing security risks associated with parser differentials and arbitrary code execution during installation.
