D2C home appliance startup upliance.ai is in advanced talks to raise up to $4 Mn for R&D and global expansion. Founded in 2021 by Mahek Mody and Mohit Sharma, the company builds smart kitchen appliances using generative AI to translate recipes into instructions. The startup previously raised ₹34 Cr in a seed round led by Khosla Ventures in February 2024.
