NeuroBait fine-tuned model sparks dopamine for ADHD

The author built NeuroBait, a fine-tuned model that helps ADHD brains start tasks by sparking dopamine. It avoids to-do lists and instead delivers 3 to 6 warm sentences that reconnect users to something they care about and suggest one tiny action. The project was tested on the author's wife.
