Her · हेर, a detective for your Claude Code sessions

Ashish Chalke built Her, a tool that analyzes Claude Code session.jsonl files. It reconstructs agent actions in plain English, flags risky moves like deploys and production changes, and traces them to specific turns. The tool shows token usage, tools, subagents, and MCP servers used. A built-in copilot answers questions from the trace. No third-party AI API is called; the Nemotron-Mini-4B-Instruct model runs on ZeroGPU.
