Tenda Router Firmware Has Hidden Admin Backdoor

Multiple Tenda router firmware versions contain an undocumented authentication backdoor, tracked as CVE-2026-11405, that bypasses password verification and grants full administrative control. The backdoor, found in the login function of the /bin/httpd binary, uses a plaintext comparison against a configuration-stored password. The vulnerability remains unpatched.
