Paramount Skydance began selling over $44 billion in bonds to fund its $110 billion Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition, launching the year's largest M&A financing. Bank of America and Citigroup are marketing $32 billion in investment-grade debt and $12.4 billion in junk bonds, part of a $52 billion package. The deal was delayed by lawsuits from 12 state attorneys general and the Writers Guild, settled last week.
