DJI files patent lawsuit against Insta360 over six disputed technologies

DJI filed a patent lawsuit against Insta360 at the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court in Guangdong Province. The case involves six patents related to drone flight control, structural design, and imaging processing. Several former core DJI R&D employees are allegedly involved. This is DJI's first patent ownership dispute in China.
