Bitcoin settles near $65,000 as oil spikes

Bitcoin rose 1.1% to $65,760 and ether gained 1.6% as crypto held ground despite Brent crude surging to $97.66, the highest since mid-May. HYPE, FET, and NEAR posted gains while WLFI, AVAX, HBAR, and SUI fell between 4% and 10% over 24 hours.
